International Journal of Management and Applied Research

The International Journal of Management and Applied Research (IJMAR) is a peer-reviewed open access journal inviting the submission of research papers reporting on applied research in business, management and entrepreneurship in international contexts. The journal uses double-blind peer review in which the identities of reviewers and authors are concealed from each other. Each article accepted by peer review is published under a Creative Commons license.

The Journal aims to publish a broad spectrum of articles contributing to the latest business and management theory and practice and its learning. The Journal strives for efficient turnaround in the reviewing process. The editor’s response takes up to five days, while the blind review by two independent reviewers takes between four and eight weeks. The accepted articles are being published on a continuous basis.

The following subject areas illustrate the scope of the journal:

  • Impact of COVID on management and learning
  • Contemporary innovative practices in organisations
